To validate the existing concept and business model ideas, we were able to critically scrutinize them and expand or substantiate them as part of the collaboration.

Based on the planned service modules, we determined the time dependencies of the associated digitalization planning and evaluated the implementation with regard to various architecture and technology approaches.

We have technically evaluated critical core issues of technical mapping and implemented them as a proof of concept.
